How do I Create a Scroll Back To Top Button?

You can simply add any element (Button, Icon, Image, etc) to your page and attach an Anchor link to it.

To do so, simply click on the element, once you have added it, and select the Edit link option. From the opened window select the Anchor option and Select Anchor Point. 

Also, you can add the element to the header area and Fix the block, so that it can keep its position even when you're scrolling down.
