14 days trial no way back?
I made a free landing page and was assure by support it is for free even before I have made it. After 2 weeks my landing was blocked because of a missing payment. At support they said I took a trial of a pro packege and after it finished I must pay and no way back to the free version. Even I do not remember I took it actually but ok, it could be by mistake. Anyway it is very suspiciously that after a trial even if i dont like it I can not cancel it. Support stoped answer me at all and just ignoring me. Who can help?

In case of upgrading, you can't downgrade back to previous Plan, message of what appears right after you choose the Plan (See the screenshot below).

support exactly, in case of upgrade but not in case of using a free trial period without submitting further decision
