Can't go back to my old plan
HI, I run a small tutoring business and I host my website with ucraft. I was using the free account and upgraded to the new essentials package not too long ago. I loved it and was everything I needed until I decided to try out the 14-day free trial with the pro account. I didn't find much use of the add ons but now I can't downgrade.

As we can tell, your inquiry was already handled via the live chat, and you're back on the Free Plan with the Essentials Feature Package.
Just a further notice; generally, we don't downgrade paid plans, and it's mentioned on our Pricing Page FAQs, so we only consider it per request and do it either during the Trial Period or after website expiration.
Since your paid subscription has already expired and you didn't need the advanced features on your website, we proceeded with the downgrade so that you won't lose the benefits of the Essentials Feature Package you already paid for.
