Mobile Site.

Hi there  I can suggest duplicating your Blocks to get the desired result. Just drag and drop the Block holding the CTRL Button (Command) in case you're a MAC user , make the changes you want, afterwards change the Visibility of that Block to Mobile/Tablet only and Visibility of the other Block to Desktop. 

You can also change the Distance between Elements and Blocks on Mobile by going to your Dashboard>Designer Tools>Layout.
