Unable to email my manufacturer the SVG logos I have already purchased. I can only open them on my personal computer. Please help!
Please help. I designed several logos (and purchased SVG files for 8 of them already), only to find out that the link I send to the manufacturer does not work. It turns out I am only able to access these files from my personal laptop. I find this very discouraging and I wish I was made aware of this after purchasing my first logo. What should i do? The manufacturer prefers the SVG file over the 'free download' version.
Also, would like to know if the purchased SVG files can be 'edited' afterwards?
