Can you please specify which loading screen you're referring to so that we can suggest the most proper workaround?
There is a possibility of uploading your own files to the Media App located on your Dashboard. You can upload custom icons in GIF, PNG, JPG formats, as well as add media through our Unsplash Free Stock and Canva integrations.
However, we need more information on how you want to bring that together with the eCommerce system. -
Yes. Ussally when users load on a website, the website is blank and all you see is a blue circle loading icon in browser. Instead of staring at a white screen, you can see a loading icon like a bouncing ball. Watch video to see example

i believe this is already somewhat of a feature under settings, by clicking the option on the bottom, to upload personal loading animation
