How to unlink domain from website that is gone?
Hi!
My 30 day trial for my website expired so I no longer have accessibility to it, but when I try to connect my custom domain to other websites, it says its already taken.
How do I unlink my custom domain from my website if I can't reach it anymore?

May I ask you to login into your website's Design Mode, then navigate to your Dashboard > Domain App > and click on the Trash icon near the domain name?

Im sorry but i can't, when I try to login to my site this appears (see picture).
And when I go to my account and go to my sites it isnt there.

Alex Klara Could you please send a screenshot from your Domain Provider's DNS Management Zone so that we can check for any records pointing to Ucraft's IP Address? You can send it via the Live Chat in the bottom right corner of the website.
Please mention the Url of your Ucraft website and your Domain Name as well. Perhaps we can unlink it from our end, however additional check-up from the Domain Provider's DNS Zone is also needed.
