Link to an anchor on another page

I am trying to create a hyperlink from one page to a specific section of another page. Is this possible? When I try to link to an anchor it only seems to give me the option to place the anchor on the same page.

    You just need to create an Anchor Page > choose the needed area on the page > add a hyperlink to needed Element > choose the "Inner Page" option > select the newly created Anchor Page.
