Potential Product Error

I tried to post this before, but I'm not sure if it worked  so I am posting it again. I think I have an error on my drop down list on my product. I've tested it and had one of my family members test it and it worked. I use Smartlook to record my visitor's visits to my site and it looked like they were struggling with the drop down list.  It might be nothing, but I would appreciate it if you checked it out. I have granted you temporary access to my acount.

  • My customers seem to be unable to select what size of bandana they want. It at least takes a few clicks. Also, Smartlook has shown me that there is some kind of error that happens when someone clicks the added to cart button.

  • Actually it looks like the drop-down list is working fine, but I still sometimes see an error on my Smartlook when someone clicks on the "Added to Cart" button. Here is a screenshot of my smartlook.

      At the bottom of the page you can see the warning signs. That means there was an error.

    Can you please un-install Helpful Crowd app from your ecommerce store ? That App can not be used with Ucraft. We have removed it from our market place as well.
