  • Hi Peter Cornish , thank you for submitting to our Ucraft Forum!

It looks like your website already has a secure connection https://qodgolfaus.com.au/, please clear the cache of the browser on your end and let us know if it works for you as well.

    • Hey Peter Cornish , browsing Ucraft Accounts seems to work fine on our end. We reached out to you via live chat to have a further look at the issue!

    • Peter Cornish We have double-checked, and both websites are covered by a Cloudflare Certificate. Usually, these types of issues occur when root certificates on users' systems are outdated, however, your operating system and the accessed browser seem fine.

Another thing is that some antiviruses are creating an intermediate certificate to protect the connection between the site and the user. We need to check if the certificates for the mentioned addresses are the same WITHOUT whitelisting since we don't need to do anything on our side as this is a device-related issue.

Please take a screenshot of the certificates as in the attachment below, and keep in mind that the antivirus should be enabled and the websites should not be on the whitelist.

Also, it would be more convenient if you provide the screenshots via live chat, so the troubleshooting is more operative and in case there is a need for a remote connection from our technical team for further investigation.
