Automated Marketing Emails
Dark Mode VS Light Mode
Ucraft users can now enjoy the new dark mode across all browsers. To make your late-night routine more comfortable, we added Dark Mode to Ucraft's builder. With the help of its calming color scheme, Dark Mode helps you to focus on your work.
To switch between Dark and Light Modes, head to your Account Settings and click on the Mode section. Switch between the two depending on your mood
Automated Marketing Emails
Staying in touch with your customers at regular intervals is extremely important if you want to encourage repeat purchases. Hence, I’m happy to inform you that our latest feature - Automated marketing emails - has been released and is ready for use
Note: This feature is available in the PRO SHOP plan or higher.
Spend 0 minutes of your precious time creating email marketing campaigns. Once a customer completes an action, a marketing email is automatically generated and sent to keep them moving through your sales funnel. These emails reach the right person at just the right time to engage shoppers and grow sales, without any work from your end. As an alternative, you can use automated emails to remind clients of the products they marked as Favorites, ask them to give feedback and even thank them for being your loyal customers.
Seven distinct item reminders are available within the campaign:
Abandoned cart recovery email with a discount
Order confirmation with related products
“Thank you for shopping with us”
Inactive customer reminder (with bestsellers)
You can enable all seven emails with a single click or set up each automated campaign individually by navigating to eCommerce App → Marketing → Automated emails. Use all email options at once or enable those that suit your business objectives.
To increase your chances of closing the sale, you can also add a discount coupon to your email for a more compelling offer or showcase products customers may be interested in to encourage them to come back and make a purchase. Aside from that, you can attach links to your social media and grow your follower and customer base for each email respectively.
Well, it’s a wrap. Now it’s your turn to assist your customers with a new email marketing strategy
