Quick/easy shop page setup for an Amazon Affiliate store?

I really love the Ecommerce widget, but it only seems to allow for quick/easy setup of items which I am selling. I want to set up a page full of Amazon products that I recommend, but are sold by others. Is there a quick/easy/clean way to do this, rather than setting up every image/link by hand?
