Can I use ucraft service from India?

I want to start an e-commerce website. Can I use your website builder to make this website because I am from India. But on your website, only 3 regions are listed. So I have a doubt that can I use your service from India?

    I'm from France, it's not listed either but I'm using it fine for several months now. I think it's just for the admin, where you can choose your language.
    As long as you can use the payments gateways offered by Ucraft, you should be good.
